These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by PureSplash Wellington Pool Service. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services We Provide
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Wellington, FL and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, equipment repairs, filter maintenance, tile cleaning, and more.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. Service availability may vary based on your location and our current capacity.
Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule a service with us, you are making a commitment to that appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled time window. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is due monthly in advance.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, service may be suspended until payment is made in full. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe access to your pool area and ensuring that the area is free from hazards. Please ensure that gates are unlocked on service days and that pets are secured.
You must inform us of any pool equipment issues, chemical sensitivities, or special instructions before service begins. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing equipment failures or undisclosed pool conditions.
Liability and Warranties
We carry full liability insurance and take great care in providing quality service. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from acts of nature, pre-existing conditions, or equipment failures beyond our control.
We warranty our work for 30 days from the date of service. If you experience any issues related to our service within that time, contact us and we will make it right at no additional charge.
Privacy and Data
We collect and store information necessary to provide our services, including your contact information and service history. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Termination of Service
You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice. For weekly service plans, we require 7 days notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to terminate service if payment is not received, if access to your property is unsafe or restricted, or if these terms are violated.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
